Questions before you disappear?
01Can we use monthly auto-pay?+
Yes. Monthly payments are encouraged, and automatic monthly payments are available. Your final resort balance is due January 1, 2027.
02Are flights included?+
Airfare is not included in the resort package. Once your $150 per-couple resort deposit is secured, Beyond Travel can research flight options for you. A separate $500 per-couple airfare deposit is collected only after you approve your flights.
03Is the resort adults only?+
Yes. Paradisus Los Cabos is an adults-only resort for guests 18 and older.
04Do we need passports?+
Yes. Every traveler needs a valid passport. Check its expiration date and current entry guidance well before departure.
05Can we upgrade our room?+
Yes, subject to availability. Select your preferred suite in the reservation portal or ask Beyond Travel about additional categories.
06Can we extend our stay?+
Yes. You may extend your trip up to seven nights during the booking process, subject to resort availability and the rate in effect when the extension is confirmed.
07Should we purchase travel protection?+
Travel protection is strongly recommended. Beyond Travel can share available options so you can choose the coverage that feels right for you.
08How do airport transfers work?+
Shared round-trip airport transfers are included on the group travel dates. Optional private luxury transportation may be arranged at an additional cost.
09What comes with The Reserve?+
The Reserve adds elevated privacy and service, including a personal concierge, private spaces, priority dining support, and additional resort privileges.
10What is the final payment date?+
The remaining resort balance is due January 1, 2027.
11What if we need to cancel?+
Cancellation terms and supplier penalties are presented during reservation. Review them carefully before submitting your deposit because terms can vary by room and service.
